There are two tasks:
1. Preliminary exercise: This is an exercise in continuity. You must film and edit a character opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down in a chair opposite another character. The characters must exchange a couple of lines of dialogue.
a. match on action
b. Shot/reverse shot
c. 180- degree rule.
2. Main task; create the titles and opening of a new fiction film to last two minutes.
